Jackie Palmer Black Hearts Dress
This is a custom designed dress by Jackie Palmer. The black and white dress features three cut outs at the top of the collar, three-quarter sleeves, and a slit in the back for walking. It is approximately a U.S. size 8. It was obtained from Joan in February, 2020 at her Los Angeles home.
